Terms & conditions B2B:
These provisions govern your use of the website of Good ID!, a part of Haus der Vielfalt GmbH (hereinafter Good ID!). Our general terms and conditions (hereinafter GTC) govern the relationship between Good ID! and its customers who buy from the GOOD ID! online shop. By placing an order, you accept these GTC. The GTC are a component of the purchase contract that you conclude with Good ID! when you place an order.
Ordering process
The purchase contract comes into force as soon as the customer places an order in the online shop or when the order is placed via telephone or email or other means of communication and Good ID! creates the order in the online shop. The receipt of the order will be confirmed to the customer with an automated confirmation email. Products that are not in stock at the time of ordering may have a longer delivery period. You will be informed about this via email. Should an ordered product not be available, you will be informed immediately.
Minimum order
First order should have a minimum value of CHF 200.- and should be paid in advance. There is no minimum value for orders that follow.
Prices
Our prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) including the VAT of 8.1%. Delivery costs are listed separately in your order.
Transport costs: We charge transport costs, CHF 12 per order, for orders under CHF 500.- Orders with a value over CHF 500.- will be shipped for free. For oversized shipments the shipping costs of CHF 30.50 are always charged. We ship with Swiss Post (Die Post), B-Post.
Payment methods and reservation of ownership
Good ID! accepts secure payments via PayPal, TWINT, pre-payment and purchase on account. Good ID! reserves the right to verify a customer’s credit worthiness and to ask for prepayment.
Invoices must be paid within 30 days of invoice issue date and strictly net. For invoices not settled within this period, Good ID! reserves the right to issue a reminder notice and charge a fee of CHF 6. A second reminder notice plus a fee of CHF 12 will be issued 10 days later. Should payment not be received within these 10 extra days, Good ID! reserves the right to start a legal process with a compulsory execution. All costs resulting from this legal process will be at the expense of the customer. An additional 5-percent interest on late payment will be charged per day after the 30-day payment period has elapsed.
Prepayment settlements should be routed to the following account: Konto: Schwyzer Kantonalbank, Account No.: 890553-5056, IBAN No.: CH13 0077 7008 9055 3505 6, Clearing No.: 777, SWIFT: KBSZCH22XXX, Haus der Vielfalt GmbH, Obstgarten 6, 6402 Merlischachen, Schweiz.
Please note that each and all orders are binding. All goods remain the property of Good ID! until paid in full by the customer.
Delivery terms
Your order will be processed immediately and – when in stock – dispatched within 1-3 days via Swiss Post’s B-Post. Goods that are not in stock at the time of order may have a longer delivery period, and you will be informed of this via email. Should an item no longer be available, we will inform you immediately. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered, Good ID! reserves the right to render the service. No compensation claims may be asserted against Good ID! for items that can no longer be delivered.
Good ID! cannot be held liable for non-fulfillment or delayed fulfillment of the contract in the event of force majeure or an inability to deliver on the part of our suppliers and/or service providers. Good ID! cannot be held liable for non-delivery or delayed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address.
Retail sale
Good our products are not to be sold on (auction)platforms, via third parties or via social media. Products can only be sold in the buyers own store and/or own online store. Only in very specific case do we make an exception.
Returns, exchanges, complaints
Good ID! prepares your order with meticulous attention. However, should something not be right, we must be informed of this directly via email to [email protected] and within a week of receiving the goods at the latest. Exchange and return of the goods can only be carried out after private agreement. The goods must be unused and in its original state.
Pictures of the products on the website might deviate in shape and color within acceptable reason from products delivered.
Liability
We cannot be held liable for damage to property or persons caused by using goods purchased in the online shop. The use of all goods is at the customer’s own risk.
Data privacy
In order to process your order we store your personal data. Good ID! reserves the right to use this data to check postal accuracy and credit check. Furthermore we use the addresses for advertising purposes for Good ID!. Should you not agree to the storage of your data, we will delete it upon your request.

The costs for delivery are listed separately in the order and are based on the standard parcel rates (B-Post) of the Swiss Post. Please note that our goods, due to their measurements (thicker than 2 cm), cannot be sent as letter post. Should your total order be thinner than 2 cm, we shall try our best to send out the goods on the basis of letter rates. Orders valued above CHF 100 are delivered free of charge.
